1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Pricing

All drones are sourced directly from manufacturers in China and Japan. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, colours and details may vary slightly from the images shown. All product prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

3. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card information. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping and handling fees.

5. Shipping

We ship to Australia and selected countries worldwide from supplier warehouses, mostly in China. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Warranties

All drones are covered by the manufacturer warranty (typically 12–24 months). Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are handled through us. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Drone Safety & Compliance

Drones are subject to local aviation regulations. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable drone registration, licensing, and airspace regulations in your country or region before operating your drone. Aerial Horizon is not liable for any misuse of drones or violation of local drone laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Aerial Horizon Pty Ltd or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerial Horizon Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms, including the limitation of liability in clause 10, excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), or under any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If our goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy — a repair, a replacement or a refund — and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Where the failure is a major failure, you may choose a refund or a replacement. Our Returns & Refunds Policy sits alongside these guarantees and does not replace them, and your remedies are not limited by our 30-day return window or by any return shipping charge.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of South Australia.
