By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.
All drones are sourced directly from manufacturers in China and Japan. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, colours and details may vary slightly from the images shown. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card information. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping and handling fees.
We ship to over 190 countries from our hubs in Shenzhen and Tokyo. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

All drones are covered by the manufacturer warranty (typically 12–24 months). Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are handled through us. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Drones are subject to local aviation regulations. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable drone registration, licensing, and airspace regulations in your country or region before operating your drone. Aerial Horizon is not liable for any misuse of drones or violation of local drone laws.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Aerial Horizon Pty Ltd or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerial Horizon Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
